Orders under R1,000 have a standard courier delivery fee of R99.48 anywhere in South Africa.
Deliveries to main South African cities will generally take 1-2 working days from date of collection. Delivery to other areas will take 3-5 working days.
StickyThings has partnered with The Courier Guy for most deliveries in South Africa. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is ready to be dispatched. You can track your order using the tracking number for all your delivery info.
Please contact us for pricing and transit times on international deliveries outside South Africa, as these will vary by country and products ordered.
Orders that are being delivered outside South Africa will not attract VAT, but please note that there may be duties and taxes payable in the destination country.

We, unfortunately, don’t offer collections anymore – we send all our orders by courier.
We don’t stock everything at our showroom, so especially with wallpaper and murals, it is actually quicker to courier than collect (and its free over R1000).
Please let us know ASAP if the address is incorrect so we can change it before we dispatch your order.
We always suggest that you give your work address for the delivery address as we deliver during working hours.
You can also get a good idea of the delivery day as our courier generally sends an sms and email notification as soon as it loaded onto the vehicle for delivery.
If you are not going to be home, it is best to let the courier company know.
If no-one is home when they come to deliver, the courier generally take it back to the depot and it will either go out in the afternoon again or the next morning.
